Seek roommate to share large house with self and 14 yr old son. Prefer non-smoker or only smoke outside. The area you would be renting is a very spacious bedroom with wood burning fire place. Your living quarters includes your own separate bathroom with laundry room which is on a totally private separate floor of house from rest of household. Bedroom furnished with King sized bed, dresser, table, two closets, charter cable and internet hookup in BR if needed.
You would share the kitchen and common areas of house upstairs. Home has large deck overlooking wooded lot, garage, very private, safe, upscale area. Price is 450.00 per month plus 1/3 utilities. Require 250.00 deposit. Must be able to provide references. The location is right off Valleydale Road in Shelby County/ yet Hoover and it is very easy to get to 280, I-65, and Hwy 31. It's just far enough out of the city to get away but close enough for work or going out at night.
